There is a Mad Max RPG by the way. It was well received by players, but not so much by critics. 91% on Steam and 7.9 audience score on Metacritic.

The problem is she's not Mad Max. Bravo for not making her a "girl boss". But the took another Male character and dethroned him.

Maybe we need a new title...."please empathise with our 'victim of evil men (AS a sad life meaning)' character" ...with more 'encouraged' division and anger-baited cliches for the far too easily-led and manipulated.

30 seconds in I don’t care about anyone’s opinion for this film. I trust George Miller to deliver and I hope he does. Screw anyone’s opinion not least Gary of FNT who just says this film will be an automatic flop because girl lead. I will make up my own mind, Mad Max Fury Road is a fucking excellent film, a genuine top notch top of the drawer film. I’m hyped to see what George will deliver tbh.

I was only interested in Furiosa in Fury Road. She was a great one off character just for that film (like Auntie Entity from Beyond Thunderdome). But, I was never interested in seeing this film back when it was announced because her character isn’t interesting enough to warrant a standalone film to me, let alone the Citadel, Immorten Joe and his crew. I’m not saying I won’t see this film, which I might watch on streaming. But this isn’t enough for me to warrant going to the theater for. But, that’s just me.

This non romantic heterosexual thing in movies now is ridiculous. It's not trendy, its unrealistic and indoctrinating by the now mostly leftist mainstream movie industry. If there is an actress who you would believe a man would be sexualky attracted to, sans maybe her look in this movie. Who presence is noticeable as Ana Taylor J and has her otherworldly looks. I've met her and of course seen her up close, an actress like her should be in realistic love scenes. They don't necessarily have to involve nudity.

I don't know how I ended up here but I know I'll never be back. Just want to say that if you don't see a parallel between being black and a character being green and how those experiences would overlap that speaks to your intelligence. The story is political and racially charged as it should be. How 2/3 of this panel can sit here as people of color and be opposed to Cynthia's casting is beyond me but it goes to show that these pea brains never comprehended what they were watching anyway. Cynthia auditioned for the role and won it, was the best choice for the role in all areas. Her performance will live forever. Get over it. The desperation for white acceptance and approval here is literally disgusting. This is stomach turning.

"Maybe people who have older parents would be affected differently by this movie." So would a forgetful 69 year old man who lives alone, with no idea of how the next 10 years are going to go. A movie about how older people have to get together to help and support one another can be very moving. Watch this one again in 25 years.

The filming of "The Strangers Trilogy," directed by Renny Harlin, has already been completed. No clue on Post-Production. The fate of whether Chapters 2&3 will be given theatrical releases or streaming releases, will depend on the Box Office performance of the Chapter 1.

I think we are all a bit conflicted. Movies like this are usually very fantastical. We can argue that because it is fantasy, a women or girl can do anything that seems unvelievable in the real world. And yet, if it goes too far, it can arrest "suspension of disbelief" and take us out of the movie, ruining the experience. So the REAL question is, Does this young Furiosa character pull it off, or not?

I didn't like Fury Road, so I think I probably won't like this movie. No plans to see it as of now.

You know what I would have loved to have seen? A Warboys movie. Just call it "Warboys", no Mad Max tag needed because people will know what it is. Make it about a kid lost in the wasteland who joins a gang/cult for protection and fights his way up through the ranks. It's a corruption arc.

I watched the trailer for this and instantly knew I didnt care to watch it. Nothing good is coming out and I expect that will be the case for years to come.
